Hopkins & Huebner, P.C. has welcomed Ryan D. McClelland as its newest Associate Attorney. Ryan received his law degree from the University of Iowa and became a member of the Iowa State Bar Association on September 8. Ryan works with the business law section in the firm’s Des Moines office where he assists business owners in selecting and forming the type of business entity under which to operate, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, franchises, sole-proprietorships, and other business forms.
