Rachel Fritz has joined Ahlers & Cooney, P.C. as an Associate Attorney in both the Education Law and Private Law practice areas. Rachel works with K-12 school districts and area education agencies on a variety of matters, including contracts, policies, and procedures to assist clients in maintaining legal compliance with changing laws and regulations. In the Private Law Practice Area, she will work on transactional matters for businesses, including procurement and contracting, real estate and development agreements, and business formation and acquisition. Rachel served as a law clerk for Ahlers & Cooney spring semester 2023. Throughout law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for Iowa Supreme Court Justice Brent R. Appel and worked at the Drake Entrepreneurial and Transactional Clinic. Rachel graduated from Drake University Law School with High Honors.
