Attorney Kelcy Whitaker has joined Fredrikson’s Des Moines office as an associate in the Litigation Group. Kelcy focuses her practice on general business litigation and energy law. She represents clients in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Kelcy served as a career law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Pratt in the Southern District of Iowa and as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael R. Mullins of the Iowa Court of Appeals.
