The PCBA and the PCBA Volunteer Lawyers Project are participating in the Cady Day of Service honoring the late Chief Justice Mark Cady. We will be hosting a legal advice clinic on October 27 to provide case intake and attorney consultations for individuals with questions regarding family law matters, evictions, and other matters in small claims court proceedings. We are in need of attorneys to staff two-hour shifts (8-10 a.m., 12-2 p.m., 4-6 p.m.) to provide attendees with legal information regarding procedural issues and to review pro se pleadings.
