The Polk County Bar Association partners with ARAG each year to give Polk County area students a chance to get creative with the law as part of our annual Law Day celebration. The Law Day theme, Voices of Democracy, encourages Americans to participate in the 2024 elections in a variety of ways. Students in grades K through 12 can express their thoughts on this theme through poetry, essays, posters, visual arts, performing arts, technology, and coloring.
The PCBA Law Day committee has distributed the competition materials to our educator contacts, but we want to encourage participation from as many schools and students as possible. Please encourage any teachers or students you know to get involved. Get more information and download the materials here. The deadline for submitting entries is March 22.
