Shireen Bhatia has joined McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLas a registered Patent Attorney in the Biotechnology and Chemical Practice Group. Shireen graduated with her law degree and a certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce Law School. She has experience with patent prosecution, IP litigation support and Title 1337 litigation through her work at other law firms as well as IBM, United States International Trade Commission and the International Technology Transfer Institute Clinic. During law school, her experience as a finalist in Mock Trial, and on the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Team provided her experience with patent litigation and patent prosecution.
