Brennan B. Eddie has joined Dickinson, Mackaman, Tyler & Hagen P.C. as an associate attorney. Her practice is focused on advising startups and established business clients in the areas of business formation, business law, corporate governance, contracts & agreements, cybersecurity & vendor agreements, and emerging technology. In addition, she assists organizations and government entities with their construction, real estate and municipal law needs, as well as serving financial institutions in the areas of banking law and regulatory compliance.Brennan received her Juris Doctorate degree with high honors from Drake Law School, where she was the Online Editor of the Drake Law Review. She served as a Summer Associate at Dickinson Law in 2022.
