Fredrikson shareholder Brett F. Roberts has been appointed by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and was confirmed by the Iowa Senate earlier this year to the State Judicial Nominating Commission. The State Judicial Nominating Commission is tasked with interviewing candidates and submitting nominees to the governor for judgeships on the Iowa Supreme Court and Iowa Court of Appeals. Brett’s term will end on April 30, 2028.
