Carol L. Phillips

Carol L. Phillips has been the executive director of the Polk County Bar Association since 1991. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and Iowa State University. Carol is instrumental in administering both the Polk County Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program. When not busy with work, Carol enjoys visiting Minneapolis (home of her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren); San Francisco (home of her son, his girlfriend, and Ted, their dog); and Fayetteville (home of her mother, friends, and the Arkansas Razorbacks).

Staff at the Polk County Bar Association are generally available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at our offices with the exception of lunch hours, offsite meetings and federal holidays.
