Ben Hildebrandt

Ben Hildebrandt joined the Polk County Bar Association and PCBA Volunteer Lawyers Project in July of 2026 as Executive Director. Ben has previously held leadership roles with the Iowa Bankers Association, Greater Des Moines Partnership, Iowa Hospital Association, and was executive director of the American Institute of Architects-Iowa Chapter. He has also served several area law firms in various capacities. Ben’s experience of leading professional associations and working with local law firms make him uniquely qualified to build on the success of the PCBA and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Staff at the Polk County Bar Association are generally available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at our offices with the exception of lunch hours, offsite meetings and federal holidays.
