Austin Westermann

Austin Westermann joined the Polk County Bar Association and PCBA Volunteer Lawyers Project in November of 2023 as the Program Manager following nearly five years working for the Iowa Judicial Branch in several roles. In July of 2026, Austin was named the Director of Operations. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and is responsible for assisting in administering both the Polk County Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Staff at the Polk County Bar Association are generally available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at our offices with the exception of lunch hours, offsite meetings and federal holidays
